Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading commercial initiatives for EDGE in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and financial feasibility assessments.
• Develop business cases to support strategic investment decisions.
• Lead business development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functions for successful execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, and contract negotiation.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are a plus.
