Business Development Manager

About the role

Supermicro is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its EMEA team in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding the footprint within existing accounts across AI, HPC, cloud and edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, win and grow enterprise accounts in sectors such as AI training/inference, high‑performance computing, data platforms, cloud, IoT and edge.
• Build multi‑level executive relationships and secure sponsorship in large, complex organisations.
• Lead joint pursuits with industry alliances and technology partners.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by uncovering cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Research market trends to open new vertical plays (finance, public sector, telco/media, manufacturing, retail, energy).
• Maintain accurate pipeline, drive deals forward with clear next actions and provide credible forecasts.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of enterprise business development or strategic sales experience in infrastructure (servers, storage, AI/HPC, cloud/edge).
• Proven record of new‑logo wins and design‑in selling across the EMEA region.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder pursuits and translate technical concepts into value propositions.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
