Business Development Manager

About the role

PrimeBox, a fast‑growing storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is expanding its market reach across the UAE. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to acquire new clients, open fresh market segments and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2C and B2B customers, including individuals, SMEs, e‑commerce, retail and logistics firms.
• Develop new verticals and partnership channels to broaden the service portfolio.
• Lead negotiations and close deals from prospecting to contract signing.
• Handle warm inbound leads to complement outbound efforts.
• Coordinate with client managers on task assignment and account oversight.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and generate reports using the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven ability to source clients independently rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Strong negotiation skills and capacity to build lasting relationships.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Self‑starter who thrives without micromanagement.
• Own car and UAE driving licence preferred.
