About the role

The Business Development Manager – Lifestyle, F&B & Entertainment will lead strategic restaurant sales initiatives for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The role focuses on maximizing restaurant revenue, enhancing guest engagement, and converting bookings across the hotel’s diverse dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales strategies for all on‑site restaurants, lounges and entertainment outlets.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with guests, corporate clients and key partners.
• Achieve the hotel’s Food & Beverage sales targets through effective reservation and conversion tactics.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to align sales activities with overall hotel objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
