Business Development Manager – Oilfield & Inspection Services

About the role

Orbit International Survey Services (Orbit ISS) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the UAE oil & gas and industrial sectors. The role focuses on promoting services such as Oilfield Facilities support, Third‑Party Inspection (TPI), Mechanical Integrity, and Dimensional Control.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Promote and market the company’s Oilfield Facilities, TPI, Mechanical Integrity, and Dimensional Control services.
• Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while acquiring new accounts.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of overall Business Development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the UAE market.
• Strong background in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically Oilfield Facilities, TPI, Mechanical Integrity, and Dimensional Control.
• Proven experience in bid management and quotation preparation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
