Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The role focuses on supporting the sales department through accurate data management, order processing and customer liaison, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Assist the sales team with order processing and coordination.
• Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and keep proper records.
• Maintain filing systems and documentation.
• Support inventory tracking and stock updates when required.

Required profile

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or data entry preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
