Business Development Manager – Russian Speaker

About the role

VN Capital Partners is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for its PrimeBox venture in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence within a fast‑paced investment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet sales targets for PrimeBox.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, lead generation channels, and partnership prospects.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to spot industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with company objectives.
• Represent VN Capital Partners and PrimeBox at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Experience in logistics, technology or related sectors is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
