Business Development Manager – UAE HoReCa Market

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth across the UAE HoReCa market. You will promote our innovative kitchen solutions, build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering firms and institutional kitchens, and expand our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and secondary sales.
• Identify, approach and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, cafeterias and institutional clients.
• Conduct product trials, chef meetings, follow‑ups and convert prospects into customers.
• Support distributors in stock rotation, market penetration and trader network development.
• Provide regular market feedback on competition, pricing and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE HoReCa sector.
• Proven track record in brand building and implementing sales strategies.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with strong stakeholder management.
