About the role

Dubai Setup Now is seeking an ambitious Business Development Partner to generate new client relationships and drive sales of its corporate services. This commission‑only position is ideal for self‑motivated entrepreneurs who thrive on building networks and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs and corporates.
• Conduct consultations, present service offerings and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or related fields such as banking, real estate or insurance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
