Business Development / Sales Manager – Automotive PPF & Window Film

About the role

Troro International is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to lead its Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Film business in Dubai and across the GCC. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding the distribution network and strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors and installation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for automotive PPF, window tinting and related aftermarket accessories.
• Identify new B2B opportunities and expand corporate and distribution footprints throughout Dubai and the GCC.
• Build and maintain relationships with aftermarket dealers, professional installers, distributors and commercial clients.
• Conduct continuous market research to spot industry trends and new customer segments.
• Manage key accounts to achieve defined revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in automotive PPF, window films and accessories.
• Strong GCC automotive network with established dealer and distributor contacts.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Mid‑level career stage.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) applications.
• Knowledge of window film technology and aftermarket product pricing.
• Ability to negotiate and manage key accounts.
