About the role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Trainer to join our Dubai team. This hybrid position sits at the core of our growth strategy, combining hands‑on business development with structured training and partner enablement across the MENA region and globally.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) while expanding the partner network.
- Acquire retail trading clients through outreach, events, referrals and digital channels.
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes for IBs, retail clients and internal staff covering trading platforms, product offerings and market fundamentals.
- Conduct one‑to‑one and group coaching sessions to improve partner performance.
- Create training materials such as presentations, videos, guides and webinars.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to IB activations, client acquisitions and net deposit volumes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within forex, CFDs or related financial services.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing IB or similar partner relationships.
- Experience delivering training, presentations or educational content to professional audiences.
- Strong understanding of the MENA market and regulatory environment.
