Specification Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Specification Sales Manager to join our team, based in either the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on influencing project specifications and securing product approvals across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Influence project specifications and obtain product approvals in commercial, residential, hospitality, and government sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and specifiers.
• Track projects from early design through tender, conversion, and repeat business.
• Partner with commercial sales teams, channel partners, and application engineers to convert specifications into orders.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of specification sales experience in the building materials industry.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong network with architects, consultants, and developers.
