Business Engagement Manager

About the role

The Business Engagement Manager will act as the strategic bridge between the Operations Division leadership and the Ops Analytics team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on enabling data‑driven decision‑making, operational transformation and continuous improvement across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders in the Operations Division and the Ops Analytics department.
• Translate complex operational challenges into analytical requirements and ensure solutions align with business priorities.
• Generate actionable insights from data to support executive decision‑making, improve service delivery and drive cost efficiency.
• Anticipate emerging business needs, shape analytical road‑maps and prioritize data requests.
• Serve as the primary liaison for a vertical within the Operations Division, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
• Monitor the impact of implemented recommendations and adjust strategies to sustain performance gains.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists and external business partners to deliver analytical initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, business drivers and analytics.
• Proven ability to influence executive‑level decision‑making and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an operations or analytics environment.
