Business Excellence Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Business Excellence Expert to lead operational and quality initiatives across our Abu Dhabi operations. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive the adoption of international excellence frameworks and raise the organisation’s maturity to global best‑practice levels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Business Excellence strategy aligned with EFQM, ISO and other international standards.
• Oversee enterprise‑wide rollout of excellence models, continuous‑improvement programmes and governance processes.
• Manage certification, compliance and audit activities for all ISO standards.
• Establish and maintain a centralised Quality Management System and service‑quality frameworks.
• Lead internal and external excellence assessments, benchmarking and maturity reviews.
• Drive data‑led performance reporting and support change‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Excellence, Quality Management or related fields.
• Lean Green Belt certification (mandatory); Six Sigma, ISO, EFQM or similar certifications preferred.
• Auditor accreditation is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance and change‑leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
