About the role
The Business Excellence Specialist will help embed a quality‑driven culture across the organisation by designing, implementing and monitoring quality systems and improvement programmes. This role works closely with senior management and multiple business units to ensure change initiatives are aligned with corporate standards and deliver measurable benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic excellence and quality initiatives by developing implementation plans and tracking results.
- Assist in creating and executing organisational change strategies, and facilitate regular review meetings with management.
- Communicate the value and benefits of change programmes to all business units.
- Coordinate preparation and submission for excellence‑related awards, ensuring all required data and documentation are collected.
- Develop and analyse stakeholder feedback mechanisms such as employee opinion surveys, customer surveys and shareholder needs analyses.
- Liaise with various divisions to integrate inputs for quality and change‑management projects.
- Provide support to corporate innovation activities managed by the Strategy & Corporate Development division.
- Conduct studies of best practices in quality and excellence management to align them with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in quality management, continuous improvement or corporate excellence programmes.
- Strong understanding of change‑management processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership.
