Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will act as the PMO for Astra Tech's lending business, driving operational initiatives and ensuring payment‑related business continuity. You will coordinate cross‑functional projects and translate business requirements into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects across Product, Tech, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and blockers, driving resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to improve execution visibility and accountability.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Support operational readiness and post‑implementation follow‑up for key initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, PMO or related roles.
• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking or financial services is preferred.
• Prior experience in payment operations, finance operations, reconciliation or business process management is highly preferred.
