Associate Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage will support the front‑line team in delivering seamless service to priority and private banking clients. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role handles client requests, account opening, investment bookings and walk‑in enquiries while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests for new‑to‑bank acquisition, account opening, documentation, investment bookings, redemptions and fund transfers in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day client servicing operations, including managing walk‑ins at priority and private banking centres and generating accurate investment reports and client statements.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, operations, compliance and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and timely resolution of client inquiries.
• Maintain MIS reports of relationship manager activities, monitor compliance with KYC/AML requirements and support senior leadership with operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management or banking operations, preferably within priority or private banking.
• Strong operational focus with the ability to manage multiple client service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML.
