Business Product Officer – Sales Support (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Business Product Officer will support Etihad Airways’ sales function by handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate sales data. This full‑time position is based in Abu Dhabi and is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding Etihad products and services promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions and keep accurate sales records in line with company policies.
• Update and maintain customer information and master data in company systems.
• Manage promotional, pricing, and sales information to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales orders, applying correct products, pricing, and discount levels.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with relevant customer and transaction information for effective account management.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Certificate; higher qualifications such as a vocational certificate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are accepted.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with customer records, data entry or transaction processing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is preferred.
• Only UAE nationals will be considered.
