Butler – Front Office (Luxury Resort)

About the role

We are seeking a professional Butler to join the front office team at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, a luxury resort within Madinat Jumeirah. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high‑end service to guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage and provide a warm, personalized welcome.
• Anticipate guest needs, arrange amenities and fulfil special requests.
• Deliver seamless food and beverage service with thorough knowledge of menus and service etiquette.
• Handle guest registration, cashiering and related administrative tasks.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience as a Butler in a 5‑star luxury property (F&B experience desirable).
• Fluent English and an additional language (Russian or other European languages preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS and Sevenrooms systems.
