Butler – Luxury Hospitality Role in Abu Dhabi

About the role

InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished and attentive Butler to deliver highly personalized, discreet service to residents and guests. The role focuses on creating seamless, memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, manage arrival and departure arrangements.
• Build strong relationships, learn individual preferences, and anticipate needs.
• Assist with luggage, unpacking, room orientation, and other personal services.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, special occasions, deliveries, and other guest requests.
• Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Recognize VIPs and long‑stay guests, ensuring consistent delivery of their preferences.
• Respond to feedback, follow up on requests, and resolve concerns promptly.
