Butler Runner – Luxury Hospitality Support

About the role

The Butler Runner provides essential support to the Butler team at St. Regis Abu Dhabi, ensuring seamless delivery of bespoke guest services in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support butlers in delivering the St. Regis Butler Service.
• Coordinate daily with Engineering, Private Dining and Housekeeping to fulfil guest requests.
• Monitor and replenish stock of food and beverage items used by butlers (milk, honey, coffee, lemon, mint, ginger, etc.).
• Assist in smooth operation of the Butler department by handling logistical tasks and communication.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in hospitality or related service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple hotel departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GXP Phone system.
• Experience using GoConcierge platform.
• Familiarity with Dect phone technology.
