Butler Valet – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The Butler Valet will deliver personalized, high‑end service to guests staying at the St. Regis Residences on Palm Jumeirah. Acting as the first point of contact, the role ensures every guest request is anticipated and fulfilled with discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests according to brand standards.
• Deliver coffee, tea and other refreshments on request.
• Prepare and communicate new‑arrival notes to hotel departments.
• Coordinate with the front desk to ready VIP rooms and escort early arrivals.
• Verify room keys and perform final checks to meet guest expectations.
• Manage pre‑arrival communications, including emails and butler flags in internal systems.
• Liaise with Guest Services and Engineering to fulfill special requests.
• Collect, track and deliver laundry items promptly.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance, uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to follow company policies, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a luxury hospitality environment.
