Buyer – Procurement for Aircraft MRO

About the role

Bombardier is establishing a new state‑of‑the‑art Service Center at Al Bateen Executive Airport in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Buyer to support our Middle‑East aftermarket team by ensuring the timely acquisition of parts and materials needed to service customer aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and forecast part and material requirements to meet service schedules.
• Locate, initiate and manage purchase orders for tools, components and materials.
• Expedite external and internal parts orders, maintaining clear communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify critical paths, assign priorities and monitor order status.
• Represent the department in meetings and coordinate with supervisors, managers and other departments on material issues.
• Maintain shortage reports, track orders and communicate updates to management.
• Create internal orders and related documents to satisfy material needs.
• Provide information to resolve discrepant orders and exception messages.

Required profile

• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and establish residence there.
• UAE nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE may apply; relocation support is not provided.
