About the role

Join Etihad’s award‑winning cabin crew team as it expands its fleet toward 2030. As a cabin crew member you will represent Etihad in the sky, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Maintain safety procedures and respond to emergencies in accordance with GCAA regulations.
• Promote Etihad’s brand as a global ambassador, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with multicultural crew members to deliver seamless operations.
• Participate in pre‑flight briefings and post‑flight debriefs.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 at application.
• Minimum height 163 cm.
• High school graduate (grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work irregular rostered hours and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
• High standard of personal grooming; no visible tattoos or piercings (one earring per lobe permitted for females).
• No criminal record and unrestricted travel ability.
