Warehouse Operator

About the role

Acino, a pharmaceutical company operating in the Middle East, is looking for a Warehouse Operator to support its Dubai warehouse. The role ensures compliance with cGMP standards, maintains hygiene, and contributes to efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Follow cGMP and SOPs throughout all warehouse activities and suggest performance improvements.
• Receive, inspect, dedust, and store incoming shipments, handling raw, packaging, finished and semi‑finished goods.
• Operate stacker equipment, manage material handling, and ensure proper labeling according to approved procedures.
• Perform inventory checks, stock‑keeping, material transfers, shipping, returns, disposal and support regulatory audits.
• Issue materials to Production/QC, retrieve excess materials, and dispense raw, packaging and bulk products.
• Prepare gate passes, delivery notes, packing lists and sales invoices; record all inbound and outbound movements in SAP and logbooks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including clean rooms, dispensing and sampling areas, and ensure PPE usage.
• Monitor EHS compliance, report deviations and propose efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Mandatory previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.

Required skills

• SAP for inventory and transaction recording.
• Operation of stacker and other material‑handling equipment.
• Knowledge of cGMP compliance and SOP adherence.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene standards.
