Cabin Crew Talent Planning Manager

About the role

Etihad is looking for a Cabin Crew Talent Planning Manager to shape the future of its cabin crew workforce. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and Resource Planning to define workforce requirements, support talent planning activities and ensure hiring and progression outcomes align with operational needs and growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term cabin crew workforce plans, forecasting demand and identifying capability gaps.
• Provide Talent Acquisition with workforce forecasts, hiring priorities, role requirements and success profiles.
• Act as the primary operational partner for cabin crew recruitment, offering subject‑matter expertise throughout campaigns and selection.
• Represent the business as a trained assessor during recruitment assessments, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• Lead the operational aspects of cabin crew upgrade and promotion programmes, defining capability and readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development and Resource Planning to support internal promotions and succession pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment, upgrade and promotion outcomes, evaluating performance, retention and operational success.
• Use workforce insights and performance trends to recommend continuous improvements to talent planning and capability frameworks.

Required profile

• Significant experience in talent planning, workforce forecasting or HR partnership within an airline or similar high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable workforce insights.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and Service Delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
