About the role
The Call Center Agent provides front‑line telephone support for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. You will handle a high volume of guest calls, process requests, and ensure a seamless communication experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, record, log and process all guest calls, requests, questions and concerns.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls, screening, do‑not‑disturb, call forwarding, conference and TDD relay calls.
- Take accurate messages, activate/deactivate room message lights and advise guests on internet access.
- Transfer technical issues to the provider’s support line and test communications equipment.
- Dispatch bell or valet staff as needed and follow up to confirm guest satisfaction.
- Maintain uniform standards, confidentiality and adhere to all company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
Required skills
- Telephone switchboard operation.
- Basic computer usage for data entry and POS systems.
