Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent (Dubai)

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.
• Listen carefully to inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information without rushing callers.
• Resolve basic issues such as account questions, service concerns, or order updates, and know when to escalate complex matters.
• Log call details and customer interactions into our system to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Follow up on unresolved cases to make sure customers aren’t left hanging.
• Collaborate with teammates and share feedback that improves overall service quality.

Required profile

• Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written) with the ability to explain information simply and kindly.
• Basic computer literacy – comfortable navigating software, typing notes, and switching between screens.
• A calm, patient attitude, especially when callers are upset or in a hurry.
• Willingness to work in Business Bay and commit to a full‑time schedule.
