Call Center Agent – Automotive Outbound Sales

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our Automotive division. You will handle outbound calls, engage leads, and promote vehicle services in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.
- Present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options professionally.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable vehicle or service solutions.
- Book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits.
- Log conversations, outcomes, and preferences accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, conversions, and bookings.
- Record all activities in the CRM and provide feedback on scripts.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for quality lead handling.
- Attend regular product and sales training sessions.
- Stay updated on vehicle arrivals, promotions, and service packages.
Required profile
- Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or similar roles (automotive preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.
- Positive, target‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
