Call Center Agent – Customer Service Desk

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service Desk at Dubai Holding Malls. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries, cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Customer Service Desk, answering phone calls and face‑to‑face inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the mall’s facilities, attractions, promotions, and events.
• Process cash transactions, reconcile shift totals, and securely deposit funds according to company policy.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in line with established procedures.
• Promote and upsell mall products and services, including gift‑wrapping, stroller and wheelchair rentals, and childcare assistance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and service records, reporting discrepancies to the Team Leader.
• Support the team during busy periods and assist with meet‑and‑greet duties for tours and school visits.
• Report equipment issues, supplier shortages, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s key attractions and mall facilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and assist teammates during peak times.
