Arabic‑Speaking Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Telesales Representative to manage incoming property enquiries in Dubai’s real‑estate market. The role sits within our Central Lead Desk, handling leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, WhatsApp, our website and other channels, and connecting qualified prospects with the appropriate sales agents.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and promptly contact new leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Qualify clients in Arabic and English, gathering details on location, property type, budget, timeline and preferences.
• Record complete client information in the CRM and assign qualified leads to the right sales agent.
• Monitor agent follow‑up, escalates delays and ensure timely client communication.
• Coordinate viewing appointments and confirm that enquiries have been addressed.
• Produce daily and weekly reports on lead sources, qualifications, assignments, conversions and lost leads.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken Arabic and English.
• 1–2 years experience in telesales, lead qualification or customer service.
• Confident telephone manner with strong questioning and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, keep accurate records and follow up consistently.
• Experience in Dubai real‑estate is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM or lead‑management system.
• Experience using WhatsApp for business communication.
