Call Center Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, target‑driven Call Center Team Leader to manage a group of outbound sales representatives. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching agents, and ensuring high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of outbound sales/call‑center agents.
• Drive the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor outbound calling activity, conversion rates, productivity, and individual KPIs.
• Coach agents on sales techniques, objection handling, upselling, cross‑selling, and closing.
• Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and one‑to‑one coaching sessions.
• Ensure call quality and compliance with company sales and service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a call‑center environment, with a focus on outbound sales.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑leader role managing an outbound sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people‑management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities to interpret performance data.
