About the role
We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Call Centre Agent to provide exceptional customer support in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, complaints and requests via chat, phone and walk‑in, handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally, meeting performance metrics, and troubleshooting basic technical issues within our application. Prior experience in customer service or a call centre environment is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk‑in.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
Required profile
- Arabic speaking.
