Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support UK customers from our Dubai office. The role involves handling inbound enquiries, providing clear assistance and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. You will be expected to act with professionalism, urgency and ownership in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries promptly, adhering to service standards.
• Identify customer needs, deliver accurate information and resolve routine enquiries at first contact.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, installation, technical support and other teams to progress requests.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, actions and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Own open cases, monitor progress and keep customers informed until resolution.
• Handle difficult or sensitive conversations calmly while protecting the relationship and company reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of customer service, contact‑centre or support experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong empathy, composure and ability to build customer confidence.
• Good judgement, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work on‑site six days per week and adapt to a performance‑focused UK management style.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with email and standard office applications.
• Familiarity with call‑handling tools.
