About the role
We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Call Centre Agent/Customer Service Representative to join our outsourced team in Dubai. The role involves providing high‑quality support to customers through multiple channels while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints and requests via chat, phone and walk‑in.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Maintain service quality while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the company’s application.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outsourced setting and join immediately.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between AED 5,000 and AED 5,500.
- 5‑day work week with standard hours.
- 6‑month fixed‑term contract, extendable.
- On‑site role in Dubai.
