About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Call Centre Agent/Customer Service Representative to join our outsourced team in Dubai. The role involves providing high‑quality support to customers through multiple channels while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints and requests via chat, phone and walk‑in.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Maintain service quality while meeting defined performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the company’s application.

Required profile

  • Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outsourced setting and join immediately.

What we offer
