Camp Manager – Camp Boss

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Camp Manager (also referred to as Camp Boss) to oversee employee accommodation facilities for a leading interior and construction company in Dubai. The role ensures smooth camp operations, welfare, discipline, and compliance with UAE labour standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall operations and administration of the employee accommodation/camp.
• Supervise camp staff including cleaners, security, maintenance personnel and subordinate Camp Bosses.
• Allocate and monitor employee accommodation, maintaining occupancy records and camp assets.
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards throughout the camp.
• Address employee accommodation concerns and welfare requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with relevant departments or vendors.
• Monitor food, transportation, housekeeping and other camp‑related services.
• Prepare regular camp reports and liaise with HR and senior management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in camp or accommodation management, preferably in UAE/GCC construction, interior fit‑out or MEP projects.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle a large, multicultural workforce.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability is an advantage.
