Project Civil Engineer

About the role

New Way Electromechanical Company LLC is looking for a Project Civil Engineer to lead civil engineering activities on construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing site supervision, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring project delivery according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering works on site and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate project activities with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage site documentation, reporting and progress updates.
• Oversee quality control and safety standards during construction.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Ensure project milestones are met within schedule and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of construction experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision and project coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• DM‑approved Civil Engineer preferred.
