Camp Manager – Dubai

About the role

Our client is looking for a Camp Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of accommodation facilities for IRATA‑certified rope access technicians, drivers and staff in Dubai. The role ensures a safe, compliant and well‑maintained living environment that supports workforce productivity and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall camp operations across multiple locations (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) through Camp Supervisors.
• Supervise and manage Camp Supervisors across all locations.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies at all camp sites.
• Act as the main point of contact between camps and internal stakeholders such as HR, Operations and Project Teams.
• Oversee leave monitoring across all camps and coordinate with HR.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Camp Manager.
• Strong experience in managing and supervising a team.
• Excellent English communication skills.
