About the role
Our client is looking for a Camp Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of accommodation facilities for IRATA‑certified rope access technicians, drivers and staff in Dubai. The role ensures a safe, compliant and well‑maintained living environment that supports workforce productivity and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall camp operations across multiple locations (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) through Camp Supervisors.
- Supervise and manage Camp Supervisors across all locations.
- Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies at all camp sites.
- Act as the main point of contact between camps and internal stakeholders such as HR, Operations and Project Teams.
- Oversee leave monitoring across all camps and coordinate with HR.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Camp Manager.
- Strong experience in managing and supervising a team.
- Excellent English communication skills.
