Cashier – Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique

About the role

Reporting to the Cashier Manager, you will be responsible for receiving payments in compliance with company procedures and guaranteeing secure transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high level of client service by creating a unique experience for each client throughout the cashiering process.
• Operationally manage all tasks linked to cashiering on internal systems.
• Manage and apply Chanel's internal regulations and procedures relating to cashiering.
• Enter and edit client information in the client information file according to procedures.
• Reconcile client accounts and transactions to ensure proper management.
• Ensure secure transactions and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide assistance to clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Successful experience as a cashier in the retail sector, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with different departments and teams.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate, connect and support client requests regularly.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency (use of internal cashiering systems).
