Category Manager – Drive Growth in Home Services

About the role

The Category Manager will lead the growth and profitability of our on‑demand home services portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring high service quality, expanding our supply network, and driving continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key performance areas such as quality, supply, growth, and innovation to achieve profitability targets.
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction through training, process improvements, and regular monitoring.
• Identify, onboard, and develop service aggregators and partners, conducting market engagement and fieldwork.
• Analyze business problems, improve partner economics, and strengthen partner loyalty.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Open to any nationality, female candidates under 40 years of age.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, business operations, growth, or a similar role.
• Strong ownership, hands‑on attitude, and willingness to work at the ground level.

Required skills

• Proficient SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
