Catering Manager – L'Occitane Cafe, City Walk

About the role

The Catering Manager will lead the growth of premium and luxury catering services for L'Occitane Café at City Walk, Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for acquiring high‑value clients, securing long‑term contracts, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and grow premium/luxury clients and high‑value accounts.
• Drive catering sales, revenue collection, and new business development.
• Secure long‑term catering contracts and recurring business.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual budgets and KPIs.
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Support the revamp of the catering business, including offerings, processes, and client experience.
• Ensure proposals, presentations, and client interactions consistently reflect the brand identity.
• Collaborate with F&B, operations, marketing, finance, and senior leadership teams.
• Track and deliver agreed sales, collection, contract, and revenue KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in catering, food & beverage, hospitality, events, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑value client accounts and close long‑term contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth.
