CCTV Operator – Dubai Marina Hotel

About the role

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator to safeguard its guests, staff and assets. You will continuously monitor the hotel’s surveillance system, promptly identify any security concerns, and ensure a safe environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds across all hotel zones to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Report irregularities immediately to the Security Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate with security officers and other departments when incidents require assistance.
• Review recorded footage to support investigations, guest complaints or accident reports.
• Maintain accurate monitoring logs, incident reports and ensure confidentiality of all footage.
• Verify proper functioning of CCTV equipment and report technical faults without delay.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CCTV systems in a four‑ or five‑star hotel or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and follow detailed procedures.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
