CCTV Operator – Security Surveillance

About the role

The security team in Dubai is seeking a vigilant CCTV Operator to continuously monitor surveillance systems, detect potential threats, and ensure timely reporting of incidents. The role requires strong technical knowledge of CCTV infrastructure and the ability to maintain confidentiality of recorded footage.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance networks around the clock.
• Identify, document, and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
• Operate and manage DVR/NVR systems and IP camera networks.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with relevant security teams during incidents.
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of surveillance footage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator.
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly preferred.
• Valid CCTV Operator licence and relevant certifications.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (visit visas not accepted).
