Security Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

As a Security Supervisor at Conrad Dubai, you will create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Through attentive leadership, sound judgement and a reassuring presence, you will protect people and spaces that make each stay exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a discreet, reassuring presence by overseeing patrols of guest areas, back‑of‑house spaces and the hotel perimeter, identifying and addressing risks while respecting guest privacy.
• Coordinate the team’s response to medical emergencies, fire alarms and security incidents, prioritising safety and well‑being of guests and staff.
• Plan schedules, assign duties and coach Security Officers to deliver attentive, professional service at every point of contact.
• Gather facts, preserve relevant information and prepare clear, accurate incident reports for management and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to promote safe practices, address concerns promptly and keep emergency procedures familiar and effective.
• Step into Security Officer duties during busy periods or incidents, providing a composed and helpful presence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of security operations experience, preferably in hospitality, with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to act with professionalism and calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CCTV, access‑control, fire‑alarm systems and current security equipment.
• Valid Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certification.
• Arabic language proficiency.
