About the role

Our client, a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Dubai, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the signature Thai restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering authentic Thai dishes at the highest culinary standards while overseeing all kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute a Thai menu that reflects premium dining standards.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage kitchen staff, schedule shifts, and ensure a collaborative work environment.
• Control inventory, ordering, and cost management to meet budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Thai cuisine, preferably in international 5‑star hotel or fine‑dining settings.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop a diverse kitchen team.
• Willingness to take on a head‑chef role, either as a seasoned senior sous‑chef or an experienced specialist.
