About the role
Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead banquet and staff canteen operations at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on high‑volume, multi‑cuisine production while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute menus for the staff canteen.
- Manage high‑volume food production for banquet and daily service.
- Maintain HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities.
- Oversee multi‑cuisine preparation ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to meet service timelines and quality expectations.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong background in banquet operations and staff canteen management.
- Ability to handle high‑volume production while maintaining quality.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
