About the role
We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Luxury Collection in Dubai. The role involves preparing a variety of hot and cold dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare special meals and substitute items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters and ensure proper food storage and thawing.
- Maintain food logs, monitor portion sizes, and ensure garnish and arrangement meet standards.
- Communicate with service staff about menu specials, out‑of‑stock items, and excess food for daily specials.
- Support management with hiring, training, scheduling and uphold safety and uniform policies.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Operation of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
- Preparation of hot and cold foods following recipes and hygiene standards.
