About the role
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie for its Banquet & Outdoor Catering Hot Kitchen. The successful candidate will support high‑volume banquet and outdoor catering operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and efficient execution of large‑scale events.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items for banquet and outdoor catering events.
- Supervise a kitchen station, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout service.
- Coordinate with the catering team to manage large‑scale event timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Support menu planning and execution for high‑volume service periods.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high‑volume banquet operations.
- Experience in outdoor catering environments.
- Ability to manage large‑scale events efficiently.
- Strong understanding of food quality and hygiene standards.
- Currently available to work in the UAE preferred.
- Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen setting.
